Anchor Utility Names Steve White as Chief Financial Officer

Industry veteran brings extensive multifamily utility experience to accelerate growth and financial strategy

ANCHOR Utility, a leader in utility expense management and resident billing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve White as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Steve will lead all Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources functions, supporting the company’s continued expansion and operational excellence.

Steve brings more than a decade of financial leadership in the multifamily housing and utility management industries. His impressive track record includes serving as the Director of Finance at NWP Services Corporation, where he led the company through its acquisition by RealPage and the successful integration and consolidation of the utility management businesses.

Most recently, Steve served as CFO at Dynatron Software, where he was instrumental in guiding the company through a successful recapitalization. His earlier career includes executive financial roles in global telecommunications, including supporting the IPO of Infonet Services Corporation and its acquisition by British Telecom, as well as the sale of Hawaii-based Wavecom.
