Welcome Kate Forsyth

Anchor, a leading utility submetering and billing company, announced today that Kate Forsyth joined the company as their new Regional Sales Manager covering the Mid-Atlantic states. In her new position, Kate will be responsible for the development and performance of regional sales activities and growth for the company.

Kate brings over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, both on the owner-manager and supplier side, and is passionate about serving the multifamily industry.  Before joining Anchor, she was employed by Water Watch Corporation, Minol USA, and by REIT AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Kate was responsible for increasing water, sewer, electric, and gas collections via onsite associate training; augmenting utility reimbursements by instituting a collection and training process, creating and implementing a new utility recovery program, Hot Water Energy, as well as developing a reinstatement and centralization of the collections programs for AvalonBay’s portfolio which consisted of more than 150 properties. While with AvalonBay, Kate also successfully lobbied for the passing of the submetering law in Massachusetts in 2005.
