In this pivotal role, Melissa will be responsible for expanding ANCHOR’s market presence by identifying and securing high-impact opportunities with key ownership and management groups. She will lead strategic engagement across a multi-state territory, developing relationships with stakeholders from on-site teams to C-suite executives, and play a crucial role in negotiating national sales agreements, finalizing service contracts, and supporting long-term, sustainable client success.

Melissa’s multifamily journey has spanned leadership roles with companies such as RealPage, RADCO Residential, and American Utility Management. She has worked closely with owners and operators across all asset types, helping them optimize utility programs, drive cost efficiency, and meet sustainability goals. Her experience has positioned her as a trusted partner in maximizing portfolio performance.
