Welcome, Rob Esposito
Anchor, a leading utility management company, announced today the appointment of Rob Esposito as their SVP of Strategic Accounts. In his new position, Rob will be responsible for the sale and development of national strategic accounts critical to the success and continued growth of Anchor.
Rob has 40 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has been passionate about adding exceptional value to the industry. Based in South Florida, Rob has been an integral part of industry boards and apartment associations, including the National Apartment Association and the National Multifamily Housing Council. Before joining Anchor, Rob was the VP of National Accounts for nearly 20 years at NWP Services Corporation, where he served on the Board of the NMHC.
